Rename the Third Age folder to the EXACT name of that campaign so for the example it would be "crusades" not "Crusades" or "CrUsades".Ħ. Pick your least favorite M2TW Campaign(Crusades, Americas, Britannia, or Teutonic), and rename to it for example: crusades2ĥ. Place the Third_Age folder from your desktop into the mods folderĤ.

Once you have all that installed + submods, go into your SteamApps/Common/M2TW folder, and go into the Mods section there.ģ. (Optional)- If you go into the folder and there is a "mods" folder, go into that folder and if there is a "Third_Age" sub-folder, cut and paste it's contents into the main folder.Ģ. Install them all into the Third_Age folder you created. Presumably I assume you have TATW Parts 1 and 2, as well as the patches.ġ. The 1.2 patch however, has to be directed to /Steam/steamapps/common/Medieval 2/mods !!!!!!! And the last part, MODS is important.īecause you direct it to /medieval2/mods the install directory changes to /Medieval2/mods/Third_Age_3 as specified in the install instructions.İlk olarak romobo圓 tarafından gönderildi:how do you download third age total war i really want it but i dont know how can you help? you have M2TW on steam? Correct?įirst make a folder named Third_Age on your desktop. This means that the install directory (CHECK THIS!!!) Ends with /Third_Age_3/data. You direct the versions 1 (part 1,2,3), 1.01, 1.1 to your Third_Age_3 folder. WIth the latest 1.2 patch however, you need to direct the install a bit different.

You have to click Retry between 15-20 times before the install starts + with the above video, created by the DaC modder, you should be allright. If it doesn't do that, you've got a WRONG installer! It'll ask you to 1) Ignore 2) Retry 3) Abort. The moment you install DaC, so you have a fresh 3.2 TATW install, the first thing the installer will ask you, after you've set the correct install path, is that it can't do anything with a file.
